Our stay at Shangri-La was a blend of luxury and relaxation. The staff was welcoming and helpful, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The views of the Grand Mosque from our room were simply breathtaking. However, the beach was not as clean as we hoped, which put a damper on some of our plans. Overall, a great place to unwind, but a bit of a letdown regarding the beach.

Our Premier Room was spacious, well-decorated in traditional Arabic style, and had a large terrace with a wonderful beach view. It felt very comfortable and offered ample storage space.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Shangri-La property. The room was spacious and had a lovely Arabian style, making it feel luxurious. The location was great for family fun, with a shopping center nearby and access to an Abra. The dining options were fantastic, especially the Chinese restaurant which provided excellent food. However, I found the pricing for some of the services a bit on the higher side. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely return.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and offered lovely views, particularly of the Grand Mosque. Breakfast was out of this world with many delightful options. Although I had a minor issue with some food lacking seasoning, the overall dining experience was still top-notch. The pool area and beach were beautiful, though I wish the other pool had been open for use. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its excellent service and amenities.
