the gym had decent equipment for a quick workout.

It started early and continued throughout the day, and the promised view was non-existent because of ongoing work outside my window! also, i asked for extra towels, but they never arrived, though i called twice. It's frustrating when basic requests get ignored.

Everybody was professional and kind. the food was amazing!!! selection was very nice. I did not know what to choose! everything tasted delicious and looked very nice. the sunsets from my premier king room were also fine. i miss the view already!

the pool space is quite small for the number of guests at this time.

The bed in my room was the worst I have ever experienced. It was very hard. I have stayed in many hotels across the Middle East. Their beds are not good. Your prices are very high in relation to other high-end hotels we have stayed at.
