disruptive noise missing towels
the gym had decent equipment for a quick workout.
It started early and continued throughout the day, and the promised view was non-existent because of ongoing work outside my window! also, i asked for extra towels, but they never arrived, though i called twice. It's frustrating when basic requests get ignored.

professional staff amazing food premier room fine sunsets
Everybody was professional and kind. the food was amazing!!! selection was very nice. I did not know what to choose! everything tasted delicious and looked very nice. the sunsets from my premier king room were also fine. i miss the view already!
the pool space is quite small for the number of guests at this time.

the front desk was amazing and helpful, offering a warm welcome. pool and restaurant staff were attentive and ensured a comfortable stay. housekeeping kept everything immaculate with kindness and attention to detail.

my room was refreshed with fresh towels and water bottles daily. i especially appreciated the variety of fruit and arabic sweets left in the room each day. the staff were very kind.
the main pool was closed for maintenance . it would have been nice to have advance notice.

the hotel offers plenty of in-house activities, including a lovely abra boat tour. i also enjoyed the harpist playing soothing sounds in the evening. there are three different pools available to choose from on the premises. they're amazing.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. It. The hotel is very pretty, with a unique design.
The bed in my room was the worst I have ever experienced. It was very hard. I have stayed in many hotels across the Middle East. Their beds are not good. Your prices are very high in relation to other high-end hotels we have stayed at.

a romantic escape
special touch beautiful picture lasting memories
my honeymoon here was special. housekeeping, especially jennifer, ensured our room was super tidy, even adding special touches for the occasion. she also took some beautiful pictures of my wife and i.
i thought the pool area was a little small, given the number of guests the hotel accommodates.
